Keynote: EVAC
EVAC is a youth-led movement based in Jacksonville, Florida. It began when Black youth in a high school leadership class realized their shared experiences with violence, racism, loss and the justice system…and desired change. Once labeled “gang members” and “at-risk,” they share their stories to remind others to see them as they are: at-HOPE.
