This workshop will take a deep dive into how people face challenges together using the FourSight Thinking Profile. By understanding the mindset needed to spark and sustain collaborative problem solving, launch creative programming and work better with their team, indviduals will gain insight and actionable steps to understanding strengths and anticipating blind spots. Content rich, fun and immediately applicable, this engaging workshop introduces people to the research-based FourSight assessment, teaches the four stages of the universal problem-solving process and reveals people’s unique thinking preferences for clarifying, ideating, developing and implementing. Individuals will be required to complete a 10-15 minute FourSight assessment prior to the training. After this training, people will be able to: 

• Share a universal language to collaborate and innovate

• Understand where they gain and lose energy in problem solving

• Leverage thinking preferences

• Increase team effectiveness
