Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received after July 24, 2026, are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation. If you need to substitute a participant, email conference@georgiaasyd.org and indicate your name, organization and phone number in the body of the email and we will assist you in completing the substitution.
Registration payments are refundable (less a processing charge of $25 per person) when written notice of cancellation is received on or before July 24, 2026. Registration can be cancelled by emailing conference@georgiaasyd.org and indicating your name, organization and phone number in the body of the email and we will assist you in completing the cancellation.
