When it comes to youth programs, R&R is not Rest and Relaxation. It is Relationships and Relevance. If young people don’t feel connected, they won’t join. If they do not see the value, they will not stay. This 90-minute webinar takes an honest look at the challenges many programs face. We are competing with sports, jobs, family responsibilities, social media and just plain burnout. Instead of chasing attendance or scrambling for sign-ups, this session focuses on building programs that young people actually want to be part of. Grounded in Georgia ASYD Quality Standards and youth-centered best practices, we will explore why youth join, why they leave, and how we can keep them coming back for more.
